Grades 6-8, Wednesdays, 150€ Here in the capital city of Paris, we breathe fashion and design! Young passionate designers will learn the basics of fashion rendering and illustration, including figure proportions, shading, and styledetails to create an individual portfolio. Then, the final project includes dressing a 3D model with a variety of materials to create a unique line of clothing. You will also learn basic hand sewing techniques (but no sewing machines will be used). Sessions in English.
Gr 6-8, Tuesdays, 340€. Paris is the home to Roland Garros and its unique clay court Grand Slam tournament and is one of the most popular sports in France and certainly a central cultural experience for many French students. Students will take lessons in FRENCH with instructors from Players Tennis Academy (off-campus and transportation is provided to and from the courts) and all levels are welcome. The focus is on developing all skills involved in this beautiful game. Students must have their own tennis shoes and rackets to participate. More details to follow about the activity day and meeting point. Sessions in FRENCH.
Grades 6-8, Tuesdays, 90€ Middle school students will remember quite well the dance sessions last week with Lauren Macé, our dance teacher extraordinaire! You will learn fundamentals of multiple styles of dance, from traditional to modern, all the while letting your body groove to the great music each week. You'll never become a better dancer if you don't try! Activity sessions in English. More details to follow about the activity day and meeting point.
