Summer Camp 2019 at the American School of Paris
The American School of Paris invites children from grades Prek (Petite Section Maternelle) through 12 (terminale), to join our ASP Language Summer camp and activities.
All camps and activities take place from the last week in June to the third week of July.
Our Summer Camp is open to ASP and Non ASP Students.

Our online registration system will allow payments via credit cards or via our PayPal account. Bank wires, payment by cash (up to a maximum of €750) and French checks are acceptable. Payment by checks should be made payable to ASP Extension . Full payment for all camps is due at the time of registration.
Responsibilities of participants :The ASP Extension reserves the right to expel -without refund- any student whose behavior is deemed unacceptable and/or contrary to the values and regulations of our school, by the teaching team and the Director.
Theft and Personal Belongings: The ASP Extension cannot be held liable in the event of theft, damage or loss of personal belongings, and in particular devices such as mobile phones, laptops, etc
We offer a private bus service option. Bus routes and/or bus stops may be subject to certain modifications and /or cancellation depending on the number of students enrolled for this service.
We offer a lunch option (starter, main course, desert and drink). Sign-up only possible for a full week. Students who do not sign-up for the lunch option must bring a lunch box.
Cancellation/Modification by ASP Extension : the ASP Extension reserves the right to cancel a proposed session if the number of registrations is insufficient. A minimum of eight pupils per class / level is required for language and activity sessions (except Basketball Camp, which requires a minimum of 10 participants). In such cases, The ASP Extension will offer replacement services of similar quality or, alternatively, reimbursement for services not provided.
Cancellation/Modification by the participant :
- After the first day of class : no reimbursement, except in case of cancellation for serious and justified reasons.
- Within 1 week before the start of the class: no reimbursement.
- From 15 to 30 days before the start of class : 30% of the registration fees will be retained.
Any program, once a student begins participation on the first day, is considered due. No reimbursement will be made EXCEPT in case of cancellation for serious or family reasons, and on presentation of documents sent by email.
A handling fee of €75 will be charged.

Cancellation/Modification by ASP Extension due to unforeseen and compelling circumstances : ASP Extension may have to proceed with an emergency closing of the camp, essentially for safety reasons, in which case there will be no reimbursement.
