The moon has been the subject of human fascination since the dawn of recorded history. Celebrated in epic poetry and sacred texts, spanning ancient mythology and modern physics, it has been the object of awe, worship, investigation, and analysis across every era of civilization. In Letters to the Moon, Astronomer and moon expert Fatoumata Kébé considers these many stories that have been told about the moon over millennia.

Emma Cline, the author of The Girls, will join us to talk about her highly anticipated second novel in this livestreamed event. In The Guest we meet Alex, a listless young woman teetering on the edge of disaster.
