Dear parent, We regret to inform you that your child has been in critical contact with a student who has tested positive for COVID-19. Based on our new protocol, the following steps must be taken (please note, if a positive test result is received at any point, your child may not return to school and you will need to follow the instructions in the protocol).
Vaccinated Students: - This morning your child received an auto test administered by our Nurses
- As a negative test result was received, your child can remain at school until the end of the day and may ride the bus (if applicable)
- Your child must take an Antigen or PCR COVID-19 test today. Please send the results to us, the Nurses
- If a negative test result is received, your child may return to school tomorrow and does not have to quarantine. You must also ensure thatyour child takes an at home COVID-19 test on Day 2 and Day 4 after their contact with the positive person (today is Day 0).
You can arrange for Antigen and PCR testing at your local laboratory or pharmacy, or via DoctoLib. Please submit the negative test results in order for your child to return to school by emailing a PDF of the test result to our nursing team at nurse@asparis.fr. Home tests for Day 2 and Day 4 testing can be purchased at most pharmacies. Thank you for your cooperation and support. Sincerely, ASP Nurses |
