Welcome to ASP's Green Area!
On this page you will find both the ongoing updates for the Green Action Team and ASP's Eco Ecole projects.
In 09-10 ASP celebrated the success of its first all-school green campaign - reducing ASP's electricity useage. Despite the addition of air conditioning in south facing classrooms and scores of new computers, ASP's consumption of electricity was down EVERY MONTH on the previous year with a total annual reduction of 5% - enough electricity to power one of our energy saving bulbs for 75 years!
(See below for the detailed results)
In 10-11 ASP will take up its new status as Eco Ecole joining a French scheme to recognise schools actively working to solve green issues on campus. And you can join the conversation today and post your concerns, comments, questions, suggestions etc on the official Green Action Team blog or the Lower School Poodle Page or scroll down this page.
